Our Crazy Room was spacious. It offered ample space, which I liked. The breakfast service featured a delicious selection of fresh fruits. The staff members were also consistently friendly and helpful. They helped.
The hotel removed a bag of our dirty clothes without our permission. This was quite strange. Management was initially rude when I inquired about the missing items! The interaction was unpleasant. The situation was eventually resolved, but it left a lasting negative impression.

i was upgraded to the comfy room upon arrival a welcome surprise after my taxi dropped me off the hotel decor felt super stylish i appreciated the room upgrade after i booked five nights it really set the tone for my stay. i enjoyed one evening meal at the restaurant too it offered first class dining. the location is great it's close to many attractions.
the hotel inadvertently took a bag of my dirty clothes i did not request the laundry service. management seemed rude when i inquired about it initially. they did remove the charge but the interaction was not pleasant.

the staff provided really good service i found the reception desk efficient i also found the concierge service helpful it was easy to arrange transportation as needed. the hotel location allowed easy access to city attractions. it made exploring convenient. i appreciated the short walks to many points of interest. the room offered a tranquil retreat after busy days.
i noticed some slight wear on the bathroom fixtures, but this did not significantly affect my stay.

The room had ample space and a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom was modern with nice bath products. The sitting room was beautiful.
I returned from a day out and noticed that a bag of dirty clothes was missing from our room. I was told that if it is in one of their bags, they take it and launder it. Management was rude in their interaction with me and was clearly angered by it.
